Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders received before our daily cut-off time are usually processed the same working day, subject to stock availability.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value, weight, and delivery location.

Free delivery may be available on qualifying orders where advertised.

Age Verification

As we supply age-restricted products, all customers must be aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be requested upon delivery. If suitable identification cannot be provided, the courier may refuse delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or no one being available to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any items are damaged, incorrect, or missing, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photographs where applicable, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, consumers have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Please note that for hygiene and food safety reasons, sealed food and drink products that have been opened cannot be returned unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Products must be in a resaleable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Return requests should be made within 14 days of delivery.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods that are damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs to help process your claim.

Where appropriate, we will offer:

  • A replacement product;
  • A full refund; or
  • A suitable alternative solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially consumed beverages.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage.
  • Clearance or promotional items unless faulty.
  • Perishable goods unless defective.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your returned items have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our mistake.
