Sauerland Distillers GmbH is located in Lüdenscheid, a town in the north-western part of the Sauerland region. The distillery is known for its unique distillates, which are characterised by the use of predominantly local botanicals. Woodland Sauerland Dry Gin embodies the essence of the wooded Sauerland, a low mountain range region known for its unspoilt nature. This dry gin is characterised by its distinctive, woody and earthy flavours, which come from spruce tips, tree fungus and dandelion root. Fine, mild spring water from the Sauerland region is used for the distillation, which gives the gin its purity and mildness. This gin is a tribute to the natural diversity and geographical uniqueness of its region of origin.
