The gin is carefully handcrafted from high-quality botanicals, which are processed in a particularly gentle distillation process. In addition to juniper berries, selected ingredients such as lavender, lemon zest, angelica, coriander and violet root are used to give the gin a delicate, multi-layered flavour.
