Westland’s American Single Malt Whiskey is the result of over ten years of pioneering work that has created a new whiskey category and put America on the global single malt map. With a minimum maturation of 40 months and an alcohol content of 46%, this whiskey offers impressive complexity and depth. The different cask types, including new and used American oak as well as ex-bourbon and ex-Oloroso casks, contribute to the multi-layered flavours.
The carefully selected grain bill, consisting of Washington Select Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Extra Special Malt, Pale Chocolate Malt, Brown Malt and Bairds Heavily Peated Malts, gives Westland American Single Malt Whiskey its distinctive texture and rich flavour.
It reflects the essence of the American whiskey tradition, enhanced by modern techniques and creative vision.
