The Ukiyo Tokyo Dry Gin, a classic dry gin from Chiba, east of Tokyo, was created in this spirit. This gin is a tribute to the rich terroir and unique flavours of Japan. It is distilled from local rice and flavoured with a selection of traditional Japanese botanicals, including yuzu peel, mikan peel, sakura flower, sakura leaf and sansho pepper.
These carefully selected ingredients give the gin a balanced flavour structure, an outstanding texture and a pleasantly smooth finish.
