The Tullibardine Burgundy Finish whisky has its origins in the southern Highlands of Scotland and is appreciated by many as a value-for-money tip. For a single malt whisky with a red wine finish, the whisky is available at very good conditions. In 2014, it was also awarded the silver medal at the International Wine and Spirits Competition.

After the single malt whisky has matured in ex-bourbon casks, it is given a fine finish. The whisky is transferred to French barrels that were previously filled with red Chateau de Chassagne Montrachet Burgundy. These casks are 228 liters in size, which also gives it part of its name. After 12 months, it is bottled at 43% vol., unchill-filtered and uncolored, giving it its clear natural color.
Aroma
On the nose, the Tullibardine Burgundy Finish whisky presents itself with notes of red fruits, light chocolate and light vanilla.
Taste
On the palate, the whisky is full-bodied and a little creamy. The fruity taste of cherries and wild strawberries, which it has retained through the finish, unfolds here.
Finish
The finish is long and intense. There is a spicy sweetness, some vanilla and a little oak. The finish in French Burgundy barrels is not just an advertising promise!
