The Tullamore D.E.W. 18 Years Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey 41.3% Vol. 0.7 l + GB is an exceptionally matured single malt Irish whiskey that combines Ireland’s traditional triple distillation with complex cask maturation. Produced by the renowned Tullamore D.E.W. brand, this 18-year-old Irish whiskey is first matured in traditional oak casks before being finished in four different types of cask for around 6 months. In addition to ex-bourbon barrels, Oloroso sherry butts, port pipes and Madeira drums are used to give the whiskey additional depth, fruit and flavour. Bottled at 41.3% vol. and containing colouring, this matured single malt from Ireland is particularly smooth, complex and harmonious.
The combination of many years of maturation, triple distillation and the complex multi-cask finish makes for an Irish single malt full of character that impresses with its rich flavour and elegant balance.
