The Macallan 25 Years Old Sherry Oak is part of the Macallan Distillery’s Sherry Oak range. This fine spirit is matured exclusively in hand-picked, sherry-matured oak casks from Jerez, which give it its incredible flavour and complexity. The casks, which are selected under the watchful eye of the “Master of Wood” according to the specifications of the Whisky Mastery Team, are largely responsible for the quality, colour and flavours of the single malt.
