The 2025 edition is a tribute to the Mediterranean lifestyle and combines fruity freshness with spicy herbal depth.
The hand-picked kumquats from the island of Corfu take centre stage, opening up a lively interplay of aromas with their fresh, complex acidity. They are complemented by wild mountain herbs such as thyme and pine, which lend the distillate a striking depth, cool freshness and authentic Mediterranean finesse. This interplay creates a flavour profile that is surprising, invigorating and harmonious in equal measure. The edition was bottled at 45% vol. in a strictly limited edition of just 2,345 bottles, which are available in a stylish gift box (UK).
