Chapter One: The Journey Inwards was created in collaboration with internationally renowned artist Red Hong Yi, famous for her groundbreaking work as “the artist who paints without a brush”. For the design of the packaging, she drew inspiration from journeys that have shaped her artistic identity. Her technique of combining burnt parchment with traditional red pigments is reflected in the special look of this limited edition, making the bottle a real collector’s item.
The whisky itself is a typical The Glenlivet single malt, matured in selected oak casks that give it a balance of fruity freshness, honey sweetness and subtle spice. Bottled at 40 % vol., it is mild, round and elegant – a pleasure for beginners and connoisseurs alike.
