This 12-year-old single malt is matured exclusively in a fine combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks from Spain and epitomises the distillery’s typical, full-bodied, fruity style.
Maturation in these casks gives it its natural colour, depth and a rich spectrum of aromas. It is bottled without colouring and not chill-filtered to preserve all of its authenticity and original character.
