For the cask-finished variant, the whisky undergoes additional maturation in freshly toasted new oak casks. This finish lends the well-known blend greater depth, extra spice and a pleasantly smooth texture. The blend comprises renowned single malt whiskies such as The Glenrothes, The Macallan and Highland Park, complemented by selected grain whiskies. The result is a modern interpretation of the classic The Famous Grouse with a distinctive cask character.
