Description
The Irish whisky distillery Teeling Distillery, which was originally founded in Dublin in 1782, underwent a major refurbishment in 2015 and opened its doors just a few metres from the original site. In recent years, the distillery has become a major tourist attraction, largely due to the fact that visitors can gain an in-depth insight into the whiskey production process and experience the craftsmanship of whiskey making first-hand.
This special bottling is a small batch whiskey created in collaboration with the Dot Brewery. After an initial maturation in ex-rum casks, the whiskey receives its characteristic finish in ex-IPA casks from this brewery. This special maturation gives the whiskey a unique flavour that sets it apart from other bottlings and underlines its complexity.
