The award-winning gin is made from a carefully selected range of botanicals, including kaffir lime, chamomile, lavender, juniper, lemon, pepper, aniseed, mint and local honey.
The distillation process utilises a restored vintage wood-fired steam boiler, operating a copper still handcrafted by Arnold Holstein on Lake Constance.
The result is a gin with a complex profile that combines floral, fresh citrus and spicy notes and offers a smooth finish.
