Distilled in 2008 at the historic North British Distillery and bottled by Signatory Vintage on 4 May 2026, this whisky was matured for 18 years before being released in a 0.7-litre bottle at 46% ABV. Like all bottlings in the Un-Chillfiltered Collection, this whisky is bottled without chill filtration and without the addition of colouring agents, ensuring that its natural character and full flavour profile are fully preserved.
This single grain whisky owes its exceptional complexity to the combination of first-fill sherry hogsheads and refill bourbon casks. Whilst the sherry casks contribute intense notes of fruit, nuts and chocolate, the ex-bourbon casks provide elegant hints of vanilla, caramel and oak.
