Scolari Prosecco di Treviso Extra Dry DOC 11% Vol. 0,75l

£9.27

Cantine Scolari was founded in 1929 and is located in the idyllic Valtènesi region on the western shore of Lake Garda. This area, already praised by ancient poets for its fertility and exceptional microclimate, offers ideal conditions for the cultivation of vines, olive trees and lemons.

Scolari Prosecco di Treviso DOC Extra Dry is made exclusively from Glera grapes, which are harvested by hand at the end of September. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks in order to optimally preserve the flavours of the grapes.

The result is a fresh, sparkling Prosecco with a fine perlage, balanced acidity and a slight sweetness. An elegant sparkling wine that is ideal for cosy evenings as a couple or with friends.

Tasting NoteStraw yellow in the glass. Fruity, delicate and finely aromatic on the nose, with hints of acacia blossom and delicate mountain honey. On the palate, the wine is soft and fresh, supported by a harmonious acidity. The finish is long and elegant.

Residual sugar: 15 g/l

Acidity: 6 g/l

Serving temperature: 7 °C

This sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif and is an elegant accompaniment to light fish dishes, pasta or risotto.
