Port Askaig is an independent brand that selects some of the best single malts from the island of Islay and bottles them in strictly limited editions.
This 17-year-old bottling comes from a secret distillery on Islay and has matured for over a decade and a half in ex-bourbon casks, developing a perfect balance between smoky peat, maritime influences and sweet vanilla notes. At 50.5% vol., this whisky is presented in a powerful bottling that brings out its intense flavours to the full.
The gift box (GB) not only makes it a highlight for connoisseurs of Islay whiskies, but also a valuable collector’s bottling.
