Description
Podole Wielkie Vodka Rye 0,7L (40% Vol.) – the most important facts at a glance
Category: Rye vodka
Origin: Poland, Pomerania
Base: Rye
Special feature: agricultural vodka from own production
Flavor: Grain, spices, ripe fruit
Alcohol content: 40% vol.
Character & classification
Compared to the potato version, this bottling is drier and spicier. Rye is clearly in the foreground and provides a clearer, more straightforward structure. The aroma is finer and less creamy, with more grain and a slightly peppery note.
With a little air, warm cereal notes and a subtle fruitiness develop. The perception remains calm and precise, without sharp alcohol notes or pronounced sweetness. The structure is compact without appearing heavy.
Taste & aromas
Nose: Warm cereals, light spices and ripe fruit. With a hint of cardamom.
Palate: Clear and dry, with rye, roasted grain and fine spice.
Finish: Medium length, with dry cereal notes, light warmth and a spicy aftertaste.
Serving recommendation
Serve well chilled in a small glass. The spicy structure remains particularly recognizable on its own. Also suitable for classic vodka drinks with a dry focus.
