Penderyn LEGEND Single Malt Welsh Whiskey is a tribute to the rich history and mythical tales of Wales. This bottling is part of the famous Dragon Range from Penderyn Distillery, the first and only whisky distillery in Wales for over a century. The whisky is produced in the Brecon Beacons National Park, a region known for its pure spring water and natural environment. It is precisely this water that forms the basis for the elegant and accessible style of Penderyn LEGEND.
This single malt Welsh whiskey is made from malted barley and distilled in Penderyn’s signature Faraday still, which produces particularly light and fruity distillates. It is initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in Madeira wine casks. This cask management gives the whisky its balanced structure and provides depth without masking the characteristically smooth style. The Penderyn LEGEND is bottled at 40% vol. without chill filtration and in a natural style, complemented by a high-quality gift box, which also makes it an attractive item visually.

Nose: Fruity and fresh with apple, pear, fine vanilla and light citrus flavours.
Flavour: Smooth and balanced with sweet fruit, honey, malt and a subtle spiciness from the barrel.
