Pasote Añejo Tequila 100% de Agave 40% Vol. 0.7 l is a high-quality premium tequila from Mexico that is traditionally handcrafted from blue Weber agave (Agave Tequilana Weber, variedad azul). It is produced in the renowned Jalisco region, which is considered the heart of tequila culture. Pasote is backed by the Camarena family, who can look back on a long tradition in the production of agave spirits and have created a brand with Pasote that stands for authenticity, originality and the highest quality.
The agaves are carefully harvested after years of ripening, slowly cooked in stone ovens and then gently crushed. After fermentation, distillation takes place in copper stills, which gives the tequila purity and aromatic intensity. Pasote Añejo is then matured in oak barrels for at least a year, giving it its golden colour and a complex aroma spectrum with vanilla, caramel and subtle wood notes. With an alcohol content of 40% by volume, it is powerful, yet elegant and balanced.

The Pasote Añejo is ideal for pure enjoyment in a nosing glass to discover its cask-matured complexity. It also harmonises perfectly with cigars, dark chocolate, strong cheese or grilled meat. As a luxurious tequila, it can also be used in classic cocktails such as a Tequila Old Fashioned or Manhattan variations, where it fully reveals its depth and elegance.
