Ornabrak Single Malt Gin is a distinctive and exceptional gin that combines the tradition and craftsmanship of Irish distilling in a unique way. Made from 100% Irish malted barley, Ornabrak is first distilled four times in copper pot stills. In a fifth distillation, the gin is refined together with five carefully selected botanicals, resulting in a complex floral flavour. The name “Ornabrak” comes from the Gaelic word “Eorna Braiche”, which means “malted barley” and perfectly reflects the origin of this unique gin. With an alcohol content of 43% vol. and a capacity of 0.7 litres, this gin is an excellent choice for connoisseurs and connoisseurs of special spirits alike.
The Ornabrak single malt gin impresses with its unique combination of botanicals, which give it a fresh yet complex flavour. The selected botanicals include juniper berries, which are classic for gin, as well as Douglas fir needles, angelica, lemon verbena leaves and lemon peel. These herbs and spices give the gin an exceptional floral freshness, which is perfectly complemented by the Irish barley. The result is a gin that offers an exceptional flavour experience both in cocktails and on its own.
