The historic Old Pulteney Distillery in the coastal town of Wick is one of the northernmost distilleries on the Scottish mainland and is renowned for its distinctive maritime character. This 15-year-old single malt is matured in a combination of second-fill American oak casks and ex-sherry casks, resulting in a harmonious blend of fruity, spicy and maritime notes. The whisky is bottled without chill filtration and without the addition of colouring, ensuring that its natural texture and authentic character are fully preserved.
