Nikka Yoichi Single Malt is a premium Japanese whisky that comes from the long-established Yoichi distillery – Nikka’s first distillery, founded in 1934. The distillery is located on the island of Hokkaido and is known for its Scottish-inspired production style, including the use of direct coal firing for distillation. This gives the whisky its distinctive, slightly smoky and maritime characteristics that set it apart from other Japanese whiskies.
With an alcohol content of 45%, this single malt offers an intense yet balanced flavour experience. Its maturation in ex-sherry, bourbon and new oak casks creates a complex blend of peat smoke, fruit flavours and elegant spicy notes. The elegant gift box (GB) makes it an ideal choice for whisky lovers or as an exclusive gift.

The Nikka Yoichi Single Malt is best enjoyed neat or with a drop of water to fully develop its complex flavour. It is an excellent accompaniment to grilled meat, smoked fish or strong cheese. Dark chocolate or roasted almonds can also ideally complement the smoky and nutty notes of this exceptional whisky.
