It is the first of its kind and therefore does not have any competitors. Steve and Vivienne Muir are distilling their vodka – just like their price-winning gin – in North Berwick and succeed at making it a vodka that is perfectly balanced in the taste and wonderfully soft in its character, just like a good London Dry Gin. Being a London Dry Vodka, this one by NB is aromatised with botanicals – but not aromatised as in typical flavoured vodkas. Following the London Dry distilling technique, fresh lemon zests, coriander seeds and cassia bark are given directly into the neutral grain spirit to make the vodka as full of flavours as it is – no artificial aromas added. On the palate, you will be seduced by fresh lemon notes, the finish is long and super smooth.
