Tasting NoteIn the glass, Mionetto IL SPR!Z is a bright orange-red colour with golden reflections. The nose is characterised by intense notes of ripe apples and exotic fruits, rounded off by sweet oranges, fresh lemon and fine herbs. On the palate, the drink delights with lively freshness, fine perlage, fruity intensity and a subtle, pleasantly bitter complexity on the finish.
Residual sugar: 75-85 g/litre
Best served at 5-7 °C – preferably well chilled in a bulbous wine glass with plenty of ice. Fresh mint leaves or an orange zest perfectly emphasise the aroma.
