The Mermaid Small Batch Pink Gin is a special creation from the Isle of Wight Distillery, combining the proven quality of the Mermaid Small Batch Gin with a fruity, pink flavour. With an alcohol content of 38% vol. and a careful selection of 11 botanicals, including fresh strawberries, sea fennel, elderberry, grains of paradise, lemon zest, hops, coriander, angelica root, liquorice, juniper and orris root, the result is a gin that is both fruity and refreshing.
The fresh strawberries give the Pinkster Gin a sweet and fruity note that harmonises perfectly with the other botanicals and gives the gin a delicate, floral complexity. Like the classic Mermaid Gin, the Pinkster Gin is refined with a hint of sea breeze from the sea fennel, which gives it a light, fresh character. The gin is distilled in small batches and actively supports marine conservation projects. In addition, the Isle of Wight Distillery relies on completely plastic-free packaging, which further emphasises the environmentally conscious enjoyment of this gin. Mermaid Gin is also gluten-free and vegan.
