Master’s Selection London Dry Gin is Spain’s most successful premium gin and is considered a modern classic among connoisseurs. This exceptional gin is produced by the renowned Destilerías MG near Barcelona, a family business that has been producing high-quality spirits with precision craftsmanship since the 1940s.
The Master’s Selection London Dry Gin is produced using a three-stage distillation process in which the botanicals are added in successive stages in order to optimally develop their flavours. Firstly, juniper berries, coriander and cardamom are macerated in high-quality grain alcohol. This is followed by sweet oranges from Valencia, lemons and bitter oranges from Seville, whose essential oils give the gin its unmistakable freshness and depth. Each botanical is steeped individually and for different lengths of time before the final distillation – the result is a softly balanced, elegant and fruity-spicy gin of exceptional purity.
