Martin Miller’s WESTBOURNE Small Batch Strength Gin 45.2% vol. 0.7 l is the more powerful version of the classic Martin Miller’s Gin and is aimed at connoisseurs who prefer a more intense and complex interplay of flavours. Named after the London address where the recipe was developed, this small batch strength gin combines the traditional art of distillation with a modern approach to depth and character.
The gin is produced in England using the complex process of separate distillation: Citrus fruits and earthy botanicals are distilled individually and only then married together to achieve a perfect balance. It is then brought to its strength bottling of 45.2% vol. using particularly pure spring water from Iceland. The result is a gin that is significantly stronger, spicier and more complex than the original version.
With its higher alcohol content, the Westbourne Small Batch emphasises the juniper and spice notes more intensively, but remains harmonious and elegant at the same time – a gin that impresses both on its own and in classic cocktails.
