– KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin (45.7% vol.): The classic KI NO BI Gin, known for its balanced blend of juniper, yuzu, green tea, Szechuan pepper and other local botanicals. It represents the perfect balance between freshness, herbal spice and citrus notes.
