The name “Kamiki” means “Breath of God” in Japanese, hinting at the heavenly flavours of this unique whisky.
This whisky is the result of a careful selection of malts that were first matured in Japan and then post-matured in cedar wood casks, a method used in traditional sake production. This innovative post-maturing gives Kamiki an exceptional flavour that sets it apart from other malts and gives it a distinctive identity.
