The JP. CHENET brand was founded in 1984 when two single-varietal wines were launched on the market: the Cabernet Sauvignon Vin de Pays d’Oc and the Blanc de Blancs Vin de Pays des Côtes de Gascogne. The brand was originally called J.P. CHANEL, named after a close associate who was instrumental in its foundation. In the years that followed, JP. CHENET continued to develop and expand its range, introducing sparkling wines and brandies alongside a wider selection of wines.
Thanks to this expansion and a constant commitment to quality, the brand has gained worldwide recognition and established a significant presence in international markets. Renowned for their versatility and unique flavour, the grape varieties used by JP. CHENET uses include Grenache, Syrah and Carignan, which are carefully selected and processed to ensure the characteristic style of the Werder.

Tasting NotePurple-red in the glass with a violet shimmer. Fruity, round and well-balanced on the nose. Red fruits, redcurrants and currants on the palate. Long and persistent on the finish.
Residual sugar: 30 g/litre.
Drinking temperature: 16-18°C.
This wine harmonises very well with various salads, goat’s cheese and fruits such as strawberries.
