Finish: Langs and warm with lingering peat smoke, a subtle sweetness and salty undertones.
The Islay Storm single malt develops its full flavour best neat or with a drop of water to further emphasise the smoky and maritime notes. It is an excellent accompaniment to smoked fish, grilled meat or dark chocolate. It also provides an intense flavour experience as the basis for a strong Smoky Old Fashioned or in combination with a dark beer as a “boilermaker”.
