Iron Maiden Trooper Beer is one of several official beers by the metal band. Bruce Dickinson, the band’s vocalist since 1982’s album “The Number of the Beast”, has developed the recipe for the beer alongside with the Unicorn Brewery. Dickinson himself is a big fan of Ales and therefore had a lot of fun developing his own beer. He wanted to not only develop another merchandise product, but much more to create a beer that would withstand the critical palate of his fans.
This is what Iron Maiden has achieved with their Trooper beer. The Unicorn Brewery, where the Ale is brewed, has been around since 1838 and is located in Stockport in northern England, just south of Manchester. Thanks to the brewery’s long experience, fans of the band and beer enthusiasts can be sure: the Trooper beer is a real premium Ale with a characteristic taste brewed from high-quality ingredients. The Ale is very tasty and is characterized by a tart and strong taste with a pleasantly sweet caramel note.
