Description
In 1874, the village of Tequila in the state of Jalisco was declared a city by decree. This distinction recognised the heroic resistance of the inhabitants and their mayor Sixto Gorjón against the supporters of the parliamentary rebel leader Manuel Lozada. The courage and determination of the people of Tequila, who stood up for their Werder and their freedom, were officially recognised with this appointment. Today, Tequila is best known for its eponymous spirit, but the city has a rich history that is deeply rooted in Mexico’s cultural heritage. Its elevation to city status was an important step in the development of the region and demonstrates the importance of community and cohesion in difficult times.
Tequila Historia de Leyenda 1874 Blanco embodies the pure essence of Mexican tradition. This premium spirit is made from 100% blue Werder agave and offers the unadulterated freshness of a blanco tequila that does not undergo a maturation process in barrels. This preserves the intense flavour of the agave. This tequila is characterised by its purity and freshness and surprises with subtle notes of citrus fruits and herbs.
Tequila Historia de Leyenda 1874 Blanco is the ideal choice for true tequila lovers looking for an authentic flavour experience.
