This bottling builds on the distillery’s characteristic style and harmoniously combines mild heather smoke, balanced sweetness and spicy depth. The Highland Park 15 Years Viking Heart matures predominantly in carefully selected European and American oak sherry casks, which gives it its balanced structure and aromatic complexity. It is bottled at 44%, naturally without colouring agents and with natural colour from the cask maturation.
