Green Spot comes from the Midleton Distillery in the Cork region, Ireland, and is made from a blend of malted and unmalted barley, which gives it its characteristically rich and complex structure. The Green Spot is matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, which gives it a wonderful complexity.
