Description
The Glengoyne distillery is located in the southern Highlands of Scotland near a small river that flows into the famous Loch Lomond. Since 1833, the distillery, which is one of the few still producing whisky in this part of Scotland today, has been producing the outstanding Glegoyne whisky. Initially, this whisky distillery was known as Brunfoot Distellery, but it was not until 1907 that it was given the name it still bears today.
The fruitiness and intensity of Glengoyne increases with age. Flavours of ripe fruit combine harmoniously with the oak notes of the casks. The Glengoyne 25 Years Old The First Fill matures for 25 years in sherry casks and is bottled without colour additives.

Nose: Red fruit, old leather, toffee, brown sugar.
Flavour: Soft, fruity, toffee, notes of cinnamon.
Langs: Very long lasting, spicy liquorice.
