Bottled at 42.3% alcohol by volume in a modern 0.7-litre bottle with a stylish gift box, this gin combines classic distillation craftsmanship with state-of-the-art flavour technology and the creativity of haute cuisine.
Ginraw is created using an elaborate process in which the botanicals are distilled partly in a traditional copper pot still and partly at a low temperature in a rotary evaporator – this preserves even the finest volatile flavours. The selection of ingredients reflects both Mediterranean and exotic influences: Juniper berries, lemon peel, kaffir lime leaves, bay leaf, cardamom, coriander seeds and galangal form a precisely balanced spectrum of flavours that is particularly clear, fresh and elegant.
This gin was developed in collaboration with top chefs, sommeliers and bartenders, making it ideal for culinary use and creative mixology.
