The Fettercairn 23 Years Old is an exquisite Highland single malt Scotch whisky that impresses with its exceptional maturation time and the characteristic distilling method of the Fettercairn Distillery. Only selected ex-bourbon casks are used for this fine 23-year-old bottling, in which the whisky is allowed to mature under ideal conditions for over two decades. This allows it to develop a complex variety of flavours characterised by fruity, spicy and woody nuances. Fettercairn 23 is bottled at 48.5% vol., which perfectly emphasises its depth and expressiveness. Chill filtration and colouring are deliberately avoided – in keeping with the authentic single malt tradition.
