Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters combine historical inspiration with modern bar culture and lend cocktails an extraordinary aromatic depth. With an alcohol content of 2.5% vol. in a 0.15 l bottle, these cocktail bitters draw on the traditional recipe of the Aztecs, who already prized a distinctive drink made from cocoa beans, chilli peppers and selected spices. Fee Brothers reinterprets these classic flavours to create a versatile bitter that adds particularly chocolatey and spicy notes to cocktails. Since 1864, Fee Brothers has been synonymous with high-quality bar ingredients and is one of the world’s most renowned producers of cocktail bitters.
Aztec Chocolate Bitters are characterised by intense cocoa flavours, accompanied by subtle spicy notes and a delicate hint of chilli. Just one to three dashes (approx. 0.3 ml) are enough to refine the flavour of cocktails and long drinks and lend them greater complexity. These bitters are not only ideal for classic whisky or rum cocktails, but also for modern drink creations, as well as for flavouring coffee, hot chocolate or desserts.
Tasting NoteColour: Dark mahogany.
Nose: Intense cocoa, delicate spices, subtle hints of paprika and light roasted notes.

Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters are ideal for enhancing classic cocktails such as the Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Espresso Martini or Rum Old Fashioned. They also reveal their full flavour when combined with bourbon, rye whisky, aged rum or tequila. Furthermore, just a few dashes add an intense cocoa and spice note to speciality coffees, hot chocolate, desserts or baked goods. Just 1 to 3 dashes are enough to give drinks and food an exceptional aromatic depth.
