Eichenwald THE OAK Cuvée combines the noble grape varieties Blaufränkisch, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon to create an exceptional red wine that impresses with its complexity and strength. The wine is produced with the utmost care and matures for 30 months in new French barrique barrels, giving it a deep, dark flavour and elegant structure. The ageing in wood ensures that the flavours are perfectly accentuated and the wine achieves a harmonious balance between fruit and spice.

Tasting NoteDeep, dark red in the glass. The nose reveals aromas of berries, spice à la cardamom, a hint of black cherries and orange zest as well as cocoa powder, which give the wine an unmistakable complexity. The cuvée is delicate on the palate, with an aromatic dacapo that brings the flavours to life again and again. Langs on the finish with fruit and spice flavours.
