Since its foundation in 2012, the distillery has stood for a return to true Irish whiskey tradition – in small batches, with the utmost care and a deep connection to craft and origin.
This single pot still whiskey is produced using the typical Irish method from a blend of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled to achieve a particularly smooth and round profile. Maturation takes place in a finely balanced combination of first-fill bourbon and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, resulting in a harmonious interplay of sweetness, spice and fruitiness.
