Dewar’s Distillery, located in Aberfeldy in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, is a renowned whisky distillery with over 170 years of history. It was founded in 1846 by John Dewar Sr. and has since developed into one of the world’s leading and most appreciated whisky brands.
Dewar’s 15 Years Old is a carefully crafted blend of exquisite single malt and grain whiskies. The unique blend includes distillates that are first matured in American bourbon casks and Spanish sherry casks. These are then brought together and complete their maturation in oak casks, giving the whisky exceptional depth and complexity.
This innovative maturation process, known as the ‘double aging’ process, gives Dewar’s 15 Year Old a remarkable smoothness and balanced character.
