The traditional distillery is located along the Cormarty estuary in the Highlands. It is one of the 25 largest distilleries in the world. The distillery uses water from the river Alness for its spirits. This gives the whisky the typical sweet, flowery character that connoisseurs appreciate.

If you look at the bottle, you notice the noble design. Beautifully curved round glass with the emblem of the influential MacKenzie clan embodies a piece of history that is still remembered today. The red label stands for the storage time of the whisky.
