Description
Curado Tequila Blanco Espadín is characterised by its innovative approach to traditional tequila production. It is based on a high-quality blanco tequila from the highlands of Jalisco, which serves as the base and is infused with pieces of cooked agave. This method, combined with the use of only blue agave from the state of Jalisco in the initial stages of production, creates an exceptional flavour profile that has been further developed through the addition of other agave varieties from different regions of Mexico.
Curado pursues a philosophy that aims to build bridges rather than walls, which manifests itself in the integration of agave varieties such as Blue Weber from Arandas, Espadín from Oaxaca and Cupreata from Michoacán. This anthropological approach, centred on learning from people with centuries of wisdom and experience, gives each sip of Curado Tequila a deep cultural meaning.
