Curado Tequila Blanco Blue Agave 40% Vol. 0.7 litre is a unique and particularly refined tequila creation that delights with a combination of tradition and innovation. A high-quality Blanco Tequila from the highlands of Jalisco is used as the basis for the production of Curado Tequila. This tequila is then infused with pieces of cooked agave, which takes the variety of flavours and complexity of the spirit to a new level. At the beginning of the project, only blue agave from Jalisco was used, but over time Curado has evolved to include other agave varieties from different regions of Mexico, such as Espadín from Oaxaca and Cupreata from Michoacán.
Curado’s aim is to build bridges, not Bauer. This is also reflected in their approach of working with people who have gained wisdom and experience in working with agave over generations. The different varieties of agave are cooked using traditional techniques from the respective growing regions and then brought to Jalisco. There, they are infused with the best 100% blue agave tequila from the Highlands of Jalisco, giving each expression of Curado a distinctive flavour experience.
The infusion with different types of agave ensures a varied and multi-faceted interpretation of tequila, in which the ratio of agave to tequila varies depending on the type of agave used.

Nose: Fresh agave aromas, complemented by herbal and citrus notes as well as a hint of vanilla and gentle floral aromas.
Flavour: Soft and harmonious, with sweet agave, fine herbal notes, spicy pepper and a subtle honey sweetness.
Finish: Langs and elegant, with lingering agave and herbal notes that gently combine with a hint of white pepper.
Curado Tequila Blanco Blue Agave is ideal for preparing first-class cocktails such as margaritas, palomas or tequila sours. If you enjoy it neat, you can serve it slightly chilled to bring out its flavours to the full. This tequila also goes perfectly with traditional Mexican dishes such as tacos, grilled meat, ceviche or fresh fish dishes and complements the culinary experience in a special way.
