Tasting NoteIn the glass, the Boom Boom Syrah 2018 is a dark, impenetrable ruby red colour with violet reflections. The nose reveals opulent aromas of ripe blackberries, dark cherries and blackcurrants, accompanied by floral notes of violets and a subtle hint of smoke. It is powerful on the palate with juicy fruit, spicy nuances of black pepper, cloves and cedar wood as well as a hint of liquorice. The tannins are present but supple, and the fine acidity structure ensures a remarkable freshness. The finish is long, intense and characterised by dark chocolate and a hint of vanilla.

This powerful Syrah is an excellent accompaniment to grilled meat, especially steaks, lamb chops or spicy marinated ribs.
