Cellini Limoncello Limoni di Sicilia is a high-quality lemon liqueur made from sun-ripened lemons from the Sicilian coast. This speciality reflects Italian craftsmanship and the intense aroma of the original “Limoni di Sicilia” – known for its particularly intense citrus flavour and natural freshness. With an alcohol content of 30% by volume, this limoncello offers a harmonious interplay of fruity acidity, natural sweetness and a creamy mouthfeel.
It is produced according to a traditional recipe in which the lemon peel is macerated in alcohol to release its essential oils and flavours. The extract is then processed with sugar and water to create a full-flavoured liqueur. Cellini Limoncello is clear and intense, with no artificial flavourings – an authentic product with a Mediterranean character.
