Description

The Casa D’Aristi XTA Xtabentún Liqueur is a unique liqueur from Yucatán, Mexico, based on a centuries-old Mayan tradition. Made from fermented honey from the Xtabentún flower, aniseed and high-quality rum, this liqueur offers a perfect balance of natural sweetness, subtle herbal notes and a pleasantly spicy finish.

The name “Xtabentún” comes from the Mayan language and means “climbing flower”, a plant that is native to the region and whose nectar is collected by bees. The combination of this aromatic blossom honey with spicy aniseed and Caribbean rum gives the liqueur an incomparably velvety and sweet, yet complex structure.

This liqueur is a true piece of Mexican culture and is suitable both on its own as a digestif and for exotic cocktails or as a sophisticated ingredient in desserts.
