Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant’Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.
Crema Bottega combines Italian confectionery tradition with decades of liqueur experience. Crema di Meloncino is a creamy liqueur that contains the sweet flavour of ripe melons harvested in Italy. The melons are macerated in alcohol to create a natural, aromatic base that is refined with creamy Alpine milk. The addition of grappa gives this liqueur its distinctive flavour, making it an ideal after-dinner treat – on its own or with ice cream.
